West End Charities began as a group of pub regulars working together
to provide holiday meals, gifts and decorations to families who
otherwise would not have these things. After several years of service
the group became an official non-profit charity. Since its inception, West
End Charities has worked with Troy Dungan of Channel 8's Santa's
Helpers, The SoupMobile, and other area agencies to provide aid for
families in crisis. The charity annually raises thousands of dollars
through promotions, tournaments and contests sponsored by the
regular patrons of the West End Pub and contributed to by the many
businesses in the West End..
